    MY BIO

“Our courses were built for Realtors, by Realtors. That is what differentiates us against our competition.”

Bonnie Louis’ inspiration to pursue a career in the housing market was birthed by her grandfather, Joseph Gerardi, who was a builder and hardworking man in his own right. As she got older, she went to Xavier University to study marketing and just as the market began to take a downturn in 2006, Bonnie earned her real estate license. While thousands of agents were leaving the business, Bonnie ran in headfirst and learned REO, facilitated short sales and foreclosure properties, and wrote Broker Price Opinion’s for national banks.

Fourteen years later, not only is she busy working with clients to buy and sell property, she is also a fixture at Perry Real Estate College (PREC). Upon inception, Bonnie has singlehandedly overseen PREC’s steadfast commitment to ensuring licensure for each student.

As a mother of four kiddos, she doesn’t have a lot of spare time. However, she enjoys cooking, baking, book clubs, family outings and outdoor adventures. Oh, and coffee. Lots of coffee! Bonnie’s real estate career is best described by her performance: she is a former Best of Zillow award winner, which is only given to the top 10% of Zillow Premier Agents nationally; she is a multimillion dollar producer; and, most importantly, she is committed to supporting new agents in their quest to succeed in the real estate arena. She can show students the ropes because she understands and has prided herself on the granular details in the real estate industry.
