    • How do I contact customer service?

      You can reach us 7 days a week. We have a number of contact methods available. You can reach us by calling, texting, chatting, or emailing.

    • What are office hours?

      Our office is open Monday-Friday from 9AM-5PM. 


    • How do I enroll?

      You can sign up and start any of our courses whenever you would like. You would just click the, “Enroll Now!” button on the course page you are interested in starting.


    • Do you have payment plan options?

      Yes, we do. We offer affordable payment plans for a majority of our courses. You can either choose the option for our payment plan on the product page.  This doesn't allow you to use an existing discounts.  Or you can choose Affirm at checkout, which requires a certian credit score.  This allows you to take advatanage of our current discount.


    • What does 100% Online and Self-Paced mean?

      Our courses are conducted virtually. Because there are no live lectures, you can work at your own speed and there is no set schedule. You have the flexiblity to set your own pace!

    • How long does the course take?

      It depends on the course. However, courses to become a real estate agent typically take students 1-4 months to finish based on your preferred speed.

    • What are Perry Real Estate College’s qualifications?

      Our courses are designed and taught by various real estate experts. For us, this means real estate attorneys and input from real estate brokers. Additionally, we hold the following certifications and recognition: Certified Distance Education Instructor, Arello Distance Education Certification, International Distance Education Certification, “A+” rating by the Better Business Bureau, Kentucky Commission on Proprietary Education, Kentucky Real Estate Commission Certification, Tennessee Real Estate Commission Certification, South Carolina Real Estate Commission Certification, Oklahoma Real Estate Commission Certification, and a Missouri Real Estate Commission Certification. 


    • What is your pass rate?

      Our student pass rates typically run about 20% higher than the state average. 

    • Do you offer tuition assistance or financial aid?

      No, unfortunately, we are not able to accept tuition assistance or financial aid.


    • Can I still work my current job while I take the online courses?

      Definitely! All of our courses can be taken at any time, you can work on the courses around your schedule. 

    • Do you offer job placement after the course?

      No, we do not. Most real estate commissions do not allow us to place you with a brokerage.


    • Do you offer a trial period?

      We do not currently offer a trial period with the courses. If you get into the course and do not like it, you can request a refund within 14 days.

    • Are there scholarships available?

      No, there are not scholarships available. We are not able to accept financial aid or scholarships. 


    • I am not tech savvy. Will online courses be difficult for me?

      No, we make sure to create our courses in a simple manner, that is easy to navigate and complete. We are also here to help if you have any questions or need assistance!


    • Can I access the course from my cell phone or tablet?

      Yes, you can. Our course technology and Learning Management System allow you to access the course on virtually any device. You would just need an internet connection or LTE. 


    • Can I take the courses from different devices?

      Yes, you can. Your progress is saved on our learning management system. You can bounce between as many devices as you’d like and pick up right where you leave off. 


    • Do I have to have the internet or wifi?

      Yes, you will need to be connect via the internet or LTE to complete the courses. 

    • What are the system requirements to run the course on my computer?

      The only thing you would need to complete the courses would be an internet connection. We do not require you to have any specific software.

    • Do I need a laptop or desktop?

      You can take our courses on virtually any device. You can complete the material on a phone, laptop, tablet, or desktop. 



    • What browser do I use for the course?

      You can use various browsers to complete the course. 

    • How do I enable Javascript?

      You will not need to enable Javascript to take any of our courses. We use a course creation technology that keeps it simple for the end user. 


    • How do I install Flash player?

      You will not need to install Flash player to take any of our courses. All videos and interactive exercises throughout our course are embedded into our course creation software.  


    • How do I install Shockwave player?

      You will not need to install Shockwave player to take any of our courses. All videos and interactive exercises throughout our course are embedded into our course creation software.
