Why Choose Perry Real Estate College
We know it can be scary to take an online course and it's easy to feel like you are alone in the process. Our student support is just different, you won't find another school out there that supports you like we do.
Day or night, seven days a week, every time you call, you'll be greeted by a real person - not a machine. The person you talk to will be an expert and able to help you right away. The other schools only answer when it is convenient for them and you'll have to wait days to get a response from an instructor, if at all.

In Oklahoma, your initial real estate license is a Provisional Sales Associate (PSA) license. To remove the "provisional" status and upgrade to a standard sales associate license, you must complete a mandatory 45-hour post-licensing course.
A Provisional Sales Associate is a new licensee who has completed the pre-licensing education and passed the state exam. Your PSA license is valid for one year. The 45-hour post-licensing course must be completed before the end of this one-year period.
You must complete your 45-hour post-licensing course before the one-year expiration date of your Provisional Sales Associate (PSA) license. The course cannot be taken before your PSA license has been issued.
If you fail to complete your 45-hour post-licensing course before your PSA license expires, you will not be eligible to renew it. Your license will become void, and you will be required to start over as an original applicant. This means you would need to retake the pre-licensing courses and pass the state exam again.
