Complete 90 hours of broker pre-licensing education

Complete the course final exam
After you finish the course, you will need to take an online exam and pass with a minimum score of 75%.

File your license application
This application must be filled out and submitted to the Michigan LARA for approval. This application must be done online and submitted before taking the licensing exam and submitted along with the license fee.

Pass the Michigan Real Estate Licensing Exam
PSI Administers the in-person state licensing exam. You will need a 75% or higher to pass this exam. There are 115 questions based on the content outline. You will have 4 hours to complete the exam.
