Oklahoma Real Estate Resident Sales Associate & Broker Associate CE
1.
All Oklahoma resident real estate sales associates and resident associate brokers must complete 30 hours of continuing education.
2.
You must complete the 30-hour requirement every three years by midnight of the last day of the month of your designated license term.
3.
13 hours of Required Coursework: 6 hours in Contracts and Forms (CON), 3 hours in Professional Conduct (PSC), 1 hour in Broker Relationship Act (BRA), 1 hour in Code and Rules (CAR), 1 hour in Fair Housing (FHR), 1 hour in Deed Theft Laws (HOT).
4.
17 hours remaining can be completed in any course category, including Electives.
Oklahoma Real Estate Resident Broker CE
1.
All Oklahoma resident brokers must complete 30 hours of continuing education.
2.

1.
All Oklahoma non-resident real estate sales associates, resident associate brokers, and brokers must complete 8 hours of continuing education.
2.
You must complete the 8-hour requirement every three years by midnight of the last day of the month of your designated license term.
3.
Residency Status is determined based on brokerage location. If you are affiliated with an Oklahoma-based brokerage, you are classified as a resident.
4.
To be classified as a Non-Resident: You must hold an active license in another state, be affiliated with and out-of-state brokerage, AND complete all continuing education requirements in that state.
