Our courses are entirely online, so you can get your real estate license without leaving home. The self-paced course also allows you to choose when to study.
Our high pass rates make us the most trusted provider for real estate agents in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Allentown, Reading, Erie, Upper Darby, Scranton, and Bethlehem.
Studying online does not mean you’re alone, it just means flexibility. You will have access to instructor support seven days a week.
We know it can be scary to take an online course and it's easy to feel like you are alone in the process. Our student support is just different, you won't find another school out there that supports you like we do.
Day or night, seven days a week, every time you call, you'll be greeted by a real person - not a machine. The person you talk to will be an expert and able to help you right away. The other schools only answer when it is convenient for them and you'll have to wait days to get a response from an instructor, if at all.
We're a family-owned business, genuinely invested in seeing you achieve your goals. Come see why we are the trusted source for successful agents and brokers.
In Pennsylvania, real estate salespersons renewing their license for the first time must complete 14 hours of mandatory Commission-developed modules.
Rather than taking general continuing education electives, first-cycle licensees are required to complete:
1. General Module (7 Hours – Mandatory for All)
The General Module focuses on standard real estate practice, regulatory compliance, and transaction fundamentals across both residential and commercial sectors.
2. Residential Module (7 Hours – Elective Track)
Tailored specifically for agents conducting residential transactions.
3. Commercial Module (7 Hours – Alternative Elective Track)
Tailored for agents working in office, industrial, retail, multi-family, or raw land transactions.
If you do not complete your 14-hour post-licensing coursework before the biennial deadline (May 31 of an even-numbered year), your real estate license immediately lapses and becomes inactive/expired on June 1.
Pennsylvania enforces no grace period for completing education or renewing your license.
