Michigan Real Estate CE

1.

Michigan licensees must complete at least 18 total continuing education (CE) credit hours every 3 years to remain compliant and renew their license.

2.

Each year, licensees must complete 2 hours of legal credits and 1 hour of fair housing credits and they cannot repeat courses in the same 3-year renewal cycle.

3.

The remaining 9 credit hours (to reach 18 total) can be legal, fair housing, or elective credits.

4.

These may be completed at any time during the 3-year cycle.

5.

Michigan real estate licenses now have individual expiration dates, based on the original license issue date.

6.

To find your expiration date, use the Accela lookup tool provided by LARA.

Why Choose Perry Real Estate School

We know it can be scary to take an online course and it's easy to feel like you are alone in the process. Our student support is just different, you won't find another school out there that supports you like we do.

Day or night, seven days a week, every time you call, you'll be greeted by a real person - not a machine. The person you talk to will be an expert and able to help you right away. The other schools only answer when it is convenient for them and you'll have to wait days to get a response from an instructor, if at all.

We're a family-owned business, genuinely invested in seeing you achieve your goals. Come see why we are the trusted source for successful agents and brokers.
