First, you must have completed your 90-hour affiliate broker pre-licensing education. Then you are eligible to complete your required 30-hour Broker Management Course.
After you finish the course, you will need to take an online exam and pass with a minimum score of 75%.
You must submit your fingerprints to State Law Enforcement Division and the FBI for a criminal background check.
This application must be filled out and submitted to the Tennessee Real Estate Commission for approval. This process can take up to 4 weeks.
Once the application is approved, you have 6 months to pass this exam. This test is registered through PSI. The exam has 125 questions, and you have 4 hours to complete. There are 50 state-specific questions and 75 general questions on the exam. You will need a 75% or higher to pass. After you pass this exam, you will have your photo taken at the testing center that you will be sent with your application to TREC.
Once you pass your exam you will send in your application online.
We know it can be scary to take an online course and it's easy to feel like you are alone in the process. Our student support is just different, you won't find another school out there that supports you like we do.
Day or night, seven days a week, every time you call, you'll be greeted by a real person - not a machine. The person you talk to will be an expert and able to help you right away. The other schools only answer when it is convenient for them and you'll have to wait days to get a response from an instructor, if at all.
We're a family-owned business, genuinely invested in seeing you achieve your goals. Come see why we are the trusted source for successful agents and brokers.
