Missouri Continuing Education Requirements
1.
Each Real Estate licensee who holds an active license shall complete during the two-year license period prior to renewal a minimum of twelve hours of real estate instruction approved for continuing education credit by the Missouri Real Estate Commission.
2.
Missouri regulations currently require at least three hours must be a CORE course.
3.
The current broker and salesperson renewal for the 2026-2028 license period will require an approved CORE course on Fair Housing.
