We know it can be scary to take an online course and it's easy to feel like you are alone in the process. Our student support is just different, you won't find another school out there that supports you like we do.
Day or night, seven days a week, every time you call, you'll be greeted by a real person - not a machine. The person you talk to will be an expert and able to help you right away. The other schools only answer when it is convenient for them and you'll have to wait days to get a response from an instructor, if at all.
We're a family-owned business, genuinely invested in seeing you achieve your goals. Come see why we are the trusted source for successful agents and brokers.
In Florida, all newly licensed real estate brokers must complete 60 hours of post-licensing education before their first license renewal. This is a mandatory, one-time requirement set by the Florida Real Estate Commission to ensure new brokers have the advanced knowledge to operate a brokerage. The 60 hours are typically split into two 30-hour courses.
If you fail to complete your post-licensing education before your first license renewal deadline, your broker's license will become null and void. This means you will lose your license and must retake both the pre-licensing course and the state exam to become re-licensed. It's critical to complete your education on time to avoid this serious consequence.
