Why Choose Perry Real Estate College
We know it can be scary to take an online course and it's easy to feel like you are alone in the process. Our student support is just different, you won't find another school out there that supports you like we do.
Day or night, seven days a week, every time you call, you'll be greeted by a real person - not a machine. The person you talk to will be an expert and able to help you right away. The other schools only answer when it is convenient for them and you'll have to wait days to get a response from an instructor, if at all.
We're a family-owned business, genuinely invested in seeing you achieve your goals. Come see why we are the trusted source for successful agents and brokers.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
In Florida, all new real estate sales associates must complete a mandatory 45-hour post-licensing education program. This education is required by the Florida Real Estate Commission and must be completed before your first license renewal.
Failing to complete your post-licensing education before your first license renewal will result in your license becoming null and void. This means you will lose your license and must retake both the pre-licensing course and the state exam to become licensed again. It is critical to complete this requirement on time.
The state-approved curriculum is designed to give you practical, real-world knowledge to help you succeed as a new agent. It builds on the foundation you received during your pre-licensing studies and covers topics like:
- Real estate business planning and marketing
- Finance and mortgages
- Property management and investment
- Advanced contracts and closings
- Professional ethics and conduct
Yes. Perry Real Estate College offers its Florida real estate post-licensing course 100% online and self-paced. This format gives you the flexibility to study on your own schedule and meet the deadline without the pressure of a traditional classroom.
The 45-hour post-licensing is a one-time requirement for your first license renewal as a sales associate. After this first renewal, you'll be subject to the standard 14 hours of continuing education (CE) every two years for all subsequent renewals. Your post-licensing hours do not count toward future CE requirements.
