How To Get Your Oklahoma Real Estate License
Through Oklahomas's real estate license reciprocity rule, you do not need to complete the entire pre-license course, enroll today! If you don't have license in Alabama, Arkansas, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Nebraska, North Dakota, or South Dakota, you need to take a reciprocal course. You need to have had a license for 2 of the last 5 years and
Complete required education
Salesperson need a 1 hour Oklahoma Broker Relationship Act course, a 1 hour Oklahoma Code and Rules course, and a 6 hour Oklahoma Contract and Forms course. Managing broker's also need a 15 hour Broker-in-Charge course.

License History
This must be requested from your state real estate commission and sent directly to the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission.
Pass the State portion of the Oklahoma real estate licensing exam
PSI Administers the in-person state licensing exam. You will need a 75% or higher to pass this exam. Upon completion of this exam, you will get an application photo taken at the testing center.
