All new Ohio real estate brokers must complete 10 hours of post-licensing education.
All licensed brokers must complete the course requirement within 12 months of obtaining their license.
Our courses are entirely online, so you can get your real estate license without leaving home. The self-paced course also allows you to choose when to study.
Our high pass rates make us the most trusted provider for real estate agents in Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland, Toledo, and Dayton.
Studying online does not mean you’re alone, it just means flexibility. You will have access to instructor support seven days a week.
We know it can be scary to take an online course and it's easy to feel like you are alone in the process. Our student support is just different, you won't find another school out there that supports you like we do.
Day or night, seven days a week, every time you call, you'll be greeted by a real person - not a machine. The person you talk to will be an expert and able to help you right away. The other schools only answer when it is convenient for them and you'll have to wait days to get a response from an instructor, if at all.
We're a family-owned business, genuinely invested in seeing you achieve your goals. Come see why we are the trusted source for successful agents and brokers.
In Ohio, all new real estate brokers are required to complete 10 hours of post-licensing education within their first year of licensure. This education is mandatory to keep your license on active status and ensure you are up-to-date on key broker-level responsibilities.
You must complete the 10-hour post-licensing course within twelve months of the date your broker's license was issued. This is a strict deadline, and it is a separate requirement from your ongoing continuing education.
If you do not complete the 10 hours of post-licensing education by your one-year deadline, your license may be placed on inactive status or suspended. You will not be able to legally practice as a broker until you complete the required education and reactivate your license with the Ohio Division of Real Estate & Professional Licensing (ODRE).
The Ohio Division of Real Estate & Professional Licensing has a specific curriculum for broker post-licensing education. Our course is designed to meet these requirements and covers essential topics for new brokers, including:

Your 10-hour post-licensing education does not count toward your future CE requirements.
