    We recommend this book for studying fror the state exam.  Principles of Real Estate Practice by Mettling and Cusic is a modern learning tool for the student preparing to enter the real estate business as a licensed professional. It contains the essentials of real estate law, principles, and practices taught in real estate schools and colleges across the country, including all those fundamentals that real estate educators, practicing professionals, national testing services, and state licensing officials agree are necessary for basic competence. Principles of Real Estate Practice covers the national requirements for the initial 30-90 hours of classroom study, or its equivalent, mandated by state license laws across the country.

    After you finish the course, you will need to take and pass an online proctored exam. We offer affordable proctoring services via Zoom. Save time and money by taking the exam from the comfort of your home or office. If you would like to have your exam proctored with a friendly, knowledgeable proctor, choose Perry Proctor Pro.



    You can add it to your course on the bottom of the enrollment page or purchase it prior to scheduling your final exam. For just $36, you get three proctored final exam attempts up to 2.5 hours per attempt. If you would like to use a third-party proctor, you can use a certified librarian, public school administrator, a college professor, or a monitor from a qualified online test monitoring service. The course instructor will need to approve the proctor.


    Refunds & Extensions

    Perry Real Estate College (PREC) does permit refunds as long as the student complies with this Refund Policy. PREC shall issue a refund pursuant to a request for a refund by the student if (i) the student requests the refund within 14 calendar days of the enrollment date; AND (ii) Module 2 of the course has not been started. In the event that the student has started Module 2 of the course or requested a refund more than 14 calendar days after enrollment, PREC shall not be obligated to issue a refund.


    PREC aims to serve all of our students’ needs. Upon enrollment, each course is valid for Six (6) Months from the enrollment date. Prior to expiration, students have the option to purchase a Three (3) Month Extension for $99 or a Six (6) Month Extension for $149.
