PSI administers the in-person state licensing exam. There are 120 questions based on the
content outline. You will have 210 minutes to complete the exam.

Submit your DC Real Estate Broker Application
This application must be filled out and submitted to the DC Real Estate Commission for approval. Complete the licensing process by submitting your licensing exam results to DCREC along with the license fee.
