How to Get a Florida Real Estate License
Enroll in our Florida Pre-License Course & satisfy all of the educational requirements to get a real estate license in Florida. You must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and complete the steps below:

Pearson Vue administers the in-person state licensing exam. There are 100 questions based on the content outline. You will have 3 and a half hours to complete the exam.
