Ohio Real Estate Broker CONTINUING EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Everyone who holds a broker license is required to complete continuing education. While it can sound confusing, our real estate school is here to help you complete the Ohio Real Estate Commission’s continuing education requirements.
Ohio Real Estate Broker CE
- All Ohio real estate brokers must complete 30 hours of continuing education.
- You must complete the 30-hour requirement every three years by your birthdate.
- If you are more than 70 years old, you are only required to take 12 hours of core education.
- All our courses come in 3-hour increments.
- You can only complete up to 8 hours per day.
