    MY BIO

Brennan Champion takes on expansion projects for PREC and focuses on growth-oriented initiatives. He strives to help PREC maximize the user experience for students and to ensure that the PREC team takes advantage of all opportunities in the market. Brennan is a recent graduate of the University of Dayton School of Law ’20 and earned his undergraduate degree from DePauw University ’17. Brennan brings a unique professional background to PREC: he worked for ECI Software Solutions’ general counsel—based in Ft. Worth, Texas, and controlled by private equity giants The Carlyle Group and Apax Partners— during his summers in law school. Brennan also worked for the Air Force Research Laboratory’s general counsel at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base located in Dayton, Ohio, during his third year in law school.

Brennan’s interest in real estate started through a commercial real estate internship with Zeller Realty Group and spanned two summers. His view of commercial real estate has also been largely shaped by esteemed real estate tycoon Sam Zell, who Brennan calls “a cerebral visionary who overcame a myriad of personal struggles—including his family’s eventual immigration to the United States to escape the holocaust—to build a robust real estate portfolio.” Brennan is excited about helping PREC, and importantly the PREC students, achieve their own real estate goals.
