Spread Joy & Engage Your Clients

It’s my favorite time of the year, The Holiday Season, and Perry Real Estate College is here to help you spread holiday joy. We all know during the holidays real estate tends to slow. This is a great opportunity for you to spend some time diving into your marketing to get ahead of your 2023 business. To help you spread joy and engage with your clients and prospects, below are a couple of creative ways you can do so.

    Recipe Postcards

Sending prospective postcards that are filled with relevant information is a great idea. It's less likely to be ignored and thrown in the garbage if your postcard is useful. I was able to find one of my favorite recipes on these postcards, which can be purchased from Postcardmania.com.

Preprinted desserts, side dishes, and additional drink recipes are available on Postcardmania in a variety of styles to suit your preferences. Find something that embodies who you are, and share it with potential customers, former clients, and even some of your preferred vendors.

    Local Holiday Parades

Make sure not to miss the local Christmas parade when it is held in your town each year. The construction of a float is not required. While participating in the parade, you might prepare some marketing materials, like your real estate Christmas cards or some goodie bags with your business card in them, and distribute them to onlookers. Spreading goodness in your neighborhood is a simple method to get out in front of people and spread some Holiday Cheer.

Cookie Exchange Party with Clients & Past Clients

Who doesn't enjoy a fun cookie exchange gathering? You get to hang out with your pals and leave with a variety of cookies that you didn't have to bake yourself. Request that everyone brings at least a dozen cookies when you invite your friends, family, former clients, and even your vendors.

You will allow guests to select whatever cookies they would like to take home with them. But in the meanwhile, you'll have plenty of face time with your colleagues where you can establish those bonds, strike up a dialog, and remind everyone that you work in real estate. If you decide to host a cookie exchange, please invite me as cookies are my favorite holiday treat! You can find some of my favorite cookie recipes here.

    BombBomb Video Message

If you are looking for a fun, non-traditional way of sending holiday greetings, use a video message to upgrade your Christmas greetings instead. Send a prerecorded video to your entire network at once by using BombBomb, one of my favorite tools that I use to connect with my clients. Your message becomes more intimate, heartfelt, and unique when you use video. In your video, make sure to inform your audience of any additional events.

    Holiday Door Hangers

Spend a couple of evenings distributing holiday door hangers around your neighborhood. They serve as a reminder that you are the real estate expert who is familiar with your neighborhood and care about your community. Additionally, we made this one simple for you. You can personalize some awesome Christmas door hangers at Canva. Add your details, then change the colors to fit your style. You can quickly have them printed so you can go out and spread holiday cheer in your neighborhood.
