Complete the course final exam
After you finish the course, you will need to take an online proctored exam and pass with a minimum score of 70%.

Submit the background check requirement
You must submit your fingerprints to the Department of Business & Professional Regulation for a criminal background check. For more information click here.

Submit your license application
To apply for your Florida real estate license, contact the Florida Real Estate Commission. They will list the documents you need to provide.

Pass the Florida Real Estate Exam
Pearson Vue administers the in-person state licensing exam. There are 100 questions based on the content outline here. You will have 3 and a half hours to complete the exam.
