    MY BIO

Prior to starting his real estate career, Ken served as a Nuclear Plant Operator in the United States Navy on the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower. In the ensuing years, Ken spent his career amassing real estate, financing a menu of real estate related ventures, and mentoring his staff. Although Ken prefers to be in the office, it is no secret that his favorite command center is his farm. Whether it is mowing the grass, hiking the rolling hills of the Commonwealth, or enjoying an occasional glass of Moët, Ken’s track record of facilitating multi-million dollar real estate deals and his reputation as an esteemed real estate professional form the bedrock of Perry Real Estate College (PREC).

Ken’s wealth of knowledge mirrors his accolades and accomplishments. Ken is a member of the Remax Hall of Fame; he worked as the Regional Developer for Realty Executives, which is the fifth largest national real estate firm for Ohio and Kentucky; served as Chairman of the Kentucky Real Estate Commission; and, recently, was appointed to the Northern Kentucky University’s Board of Regents. Ken’s ability to adapt and change course in the face of volatile markets has yielded sustained success that has spanned decades. Ken’s commitment to sharing his vast experiences with PREC students ensures that each pupil’s education extends beyond passing an exam.
