    • How do you get an Michigan Real Estate License?

      You must be 18 Years or older and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and

      • Register for the 40 hours of Pre-Licensing Education.
      • Complete the proctored course final exam. 
      • Select a sponsoring broker.
      • Start the application.
      • Pass the Michigan Real Estate Examination.
      • Finalize application and obtain license.

    • Is Post-License Education required for an Michigan Real Estate License?

      There is no Post-License Requirements for Michigan. You must complete 18 hours of continuing education every three year renewal cycle. 

    • How do you get a Michigan Real Estate Brokers License?

      Must be 18 years or older and have been licensed as a salesperson for three years


      • Complete 90 hours of broker pre-license education.
      • Complete the course final exam.
      • File your license application. 
      • Pass the Michigan Real Estate Licensing Exam.
