    • How do you get an Illinois Real Estate License?

      You must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and


      • Register for 75 hours of Pre-Licensing Education. 
      • Complete the Proctored course final exam.
      • Pass the Maryland Real Estate Exam.
      • Submit the background questionnaire.
      • File your license application.

    • Is Post-License required for an Illinois Real Estate License?

      All new Illinois real estate agents must complete 45 hours of post-licensing education within the first renewal cycle (usually 18-24 months).

    • How do you get an Illinois Real Estate Managing Broker License?

      You must have your broker’s license for a minimum of two years and    

                             

      • Complete the 45 hours of pre-licensing education.
      • Complete the course final exam.
      • Pass the Illinois real estate exam.
      • Complete a background questionnaire.
      • Submit your license application.
