    • How do you get an Alabama Real Estate License?

      You must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and


      • Register for 60 hours of Pre-Licensing           Education.
      • Complete the Proctored course final exam.
      • Submit the background check.
      • Pass the Alabama Real Estate Exam.
      • File your license application.

    • Is Post-License Education required for an Alabama Real Estate License?

      All new Alabama real estate agents must complete 30 hours of post-licensing education within six months of obtaining and activating their license.
