    • How do you get an Maryland Real Estate License?

      You must be 18 years or older and be of good character and reputation and  

       

      •  Register for 60 hours of Pre-Licensing Education.
      • Complete the course final exam.
      • Pass the Maryland Real Estate Exam.
      • Submit the background check.
      • File your license application.

    • Is Post-License Education required for an Maryland Real Estate License?

      The Maryland Real Estate Commission does not require a post-license education. Once you have obtained your initial Salesperson or Brokers license, you must complete 15 hours of Continuing Education every two years. 


    • How do you get a Maryland Real Estate Brokers License?

      Must be at least 18 years old and be licensed as a salesperson for at least three years.    

              

      • Complete 90 hours of Broker Education.
      • Complete the course final exam.
      • Submit a Maryland Broker License Application.
      • Submit a Credit Report.
      • Pass the Maryland Real Estate Broker Exam.
      • Submit any required documentation and pay any fees.
