Complete 24-hour Missouri Real Estate Practice Course

Complete the course final exam
After you finish the course, you will need to take an online proctored exam and pass with a minimum score of 75%.

Submit the background check requirement
You must submit your fingerprints to the Missouri State Police or Identogo for a criminal background check. Please click here for more information.

Request your history/letter of good standing
This must be requested from your state real estate commission and sent directly to the Missouri Real Estate Commission.

Pass the state exam
PSI Administers the in-person state licensing exam. You will only need to pass the 40 question state specific portion of the exam. You will need a 75% to pass. After successfully passing the exam, you will have 6 months to apply for the license with the commission.

Submit your license application
To apply for your Missouri real estate license, contact the
Missouri Real Estate Commission and complete your application. They will list the documents you will need to provide. You will obtain errors and omissions insurance at this point in the process.
