Pass the Indiana Real Estate Examination
PearsonVue administers the in-person state licensing exam. The exam is split into two different portions: a state portion and a national portion. The state portion consists of 50 multiple-choice questions. The national portion consists of 75 multiple-choice questions.

Once you have completed all of these steps and fulfilled the experience requirements, you can submit your application and obtain your Indiana Real Estate Managing Broker License.
