how to get a Michigan real estate salesperson license
Enroll in our online Michigan real estate license course & satisfy all of the educational requirements to obtain a Michigan real estate license. You must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and complete the steps below:

Pass the Michigan Real Estate Licensing Exam
PSI Administers the in-person state licensing exam. You will need a 75% or higher to pass this exam. There are 115 questions based on the
content outline. You will have 4 hours to complete the exam.
