Michigan LARA for approval. This application must be done online and submitted before taking the licensing exam and submitted along with the license fee.

Pass the Michigan Real Estate Licensing Exam
PSI Administers the in-person state licensing exam. You will need a 75% or higher to pass this exam. There are 115 questions based on the
content outline. You will have 4 hours to complete the exam.
