You must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and
- Register for 75 hours of Pre-Licensing Education.Â
- Complete the Proctored course final exam.
- Pass the Maryland Real Estate Exam.
- Submit the background questionnaire.
- File your license application.Â

All new Illinois real estate agents must complete 45 hours of post-licensing education within the first renewal cycle (usually 18-24 months).
You must have your broker’s license for a minimum of two years and              Â

- Complete the course final exam.

- Complete a background questionnaire.
