WONDERING HOW TO GET YOUR MARYLAND REAL ESTATE LICENSE?

You must be 18 years or older and be of good character and reputation and  Â
- Â Register for 60 hours of Pre-Licensing Education.
- Complete the course final exam.
- Pass the Maryland Real Estate Exam.
- Submit the background check.
- File your license application.

The Maryland Real Estate Commission does not require a post-license education. Once you have obtained your initial Salesperson or Brokers license, you must complete 15 hours of Continuing Education every two years.Â
Must be at least 18 years old and be licensed as a salesperson for at least three years.
- Complete 90 hours of Broker Education.
- Complete the course final exam.
- Submit a Maryland Broker License Application.
- Submit a Credit Report.
- Pass the Maryland Real Estate Broker Exam.
