You must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and
- Register for 72 hours of Pre-Licensing Education.
- Â Complete the course final exam.
- Â Submit the background check.
- Â Pass the Missouri Real Estate Exam.
- Â File your license application.

The Missouri Real Estate Commission does not require a post-license education. Â Once you have obtained your initial license, you must complete 12 hours of Continuing Education every 2 years.
Must be at least 18 years old and be licensed as a salesperson license for 24 of the last 30 months immediately preceding the application. Â Â Â
- Complete the 48-hour Real Estate Broker Course.
- Complete the course final exam.

- Pass the Missouri Real Estate Exam.
