WONDERING HOW TO GET YOUR MISSOURI REAL ESTATE LICENSE?

You must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and

  • Register for 72 hours of Pre-Licensing Education.
  •  Complete the course final exam.
  •  Submit the background check.
  •  Pass the Missouri Real Estate Exam.
  •  File your license application.

The Missouri Real Estate Commission does not require a post-license education.  Once you have obtained your initial license, you must complete 12 hours of Continuing Education every 2 years.

Must be at least 18 years old and be licensed as a salesperson license for 24 of the last 30 months immediately preceding the application.     

  • Complete the 48-hour Real Estate Broker Course.
  • Complete the course final exam.
  • Get a Background check.                                   
  • Pass the Missouri Real Estate Exam.
  • Submit your license application.
